Need help with Hangul Metro: Read Korean? Email Loyd Lab, an individual developer based in the United Kingdom, at kimloydmail@gmail.com.

Metro Pass missing after a purchase

Connect to the internet, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple or Google account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email your device model, app version and store order reference. Never send card details.

Cancel a subscription

Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it. The lifetime option has no renewal. Refunds follow the store's policies: Apple billing support, Google Play support.

Speaking score not working

Speaking practice needs microphone permission and your phone's on-device Korean speech recognition. On iPhone, allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for Hangul Metro in Settings. On Android, on-device recognition needs Android 12 or later with Korean speech available on the phone. If it is not available, you can still listen and keep learning without a score.

Reminders not showing

Check that the reminder is on in the app's Settings and that notifications are allowed for Hangul Metro in your device settings.

Moving to a new phone

Learning progress is stored on your phone only and does not move to a new phone. Metro Pass can be restored with Restore purchases on the same store account.

Report a mistake or a bug

Tell us the lesson, expression or mission and what looks wrong. For app problems, include your device model, operating system, app version and the steps that caused it. A screenshot helps.

Delete your data

To delete server data (the anonymous ID and its purchase entitlement), email kimloydmail@gmail.com. Data on your phone is removed when you delete the app. See the Privacy Policy.
